Client is taking 1/3 of their 3 car garage that butts up against their backyard and turning it into a guest casita in keeping STYLISTICALLY with their traditional 1930s mission style spanish home. Togalai worked with them to define the space and finishings in order to adequately engage a contractor for pricing and also obtain permits from the county.

Garage Office/Guest House Conversion

CLEINT plans to turn their GARAGe INTO A combination office and guest house. TOGALAI WORKED WITH THEM TO DEFINE THE SPACE AND FINISHINGS IN ORDER TO ADEQUATELY ENGAGE A CONTRACTOR FOR PRICING AND ALSO OBTAIN PERMITS FROM THE COUNTY.

Client wanted help to develop a semi formal dining room with breakfast nook. They were looking for layout and furniture and fixture ideas that they would then execute on their own.

A new mom transitioning to working at home was looking for help to organize her home in order to stay organized. This included turning a large closet into a private office but also assigning areas to have meetings with clients, dining for the kids and A tv relaxation area.
